Cassani named ‘Businesswoman of the Year’

No-frills carrier Go’s chief executive Barbara Cassani has been named Veuve Clicquot ‘Businesswoman of the Year’ in recognition for her part in the airline’s rapid expansion.

Boston-born Ms Cassani, a former British Airways executive, founded Go in 1997, and led a management buy-out of the company in June last year.
