Celebrity outlines Asia and Australia sailings for 2014-15
Celebrity Cruises yesterday announced its 2014-15 Asia and Australia sailings on Celebrity Century, Solstice, and Millennium.
The Century and Solstice will offer 27 cruises in Australia, a 50% increase from this year, ranging from three to 23 nights.
Celebrity Century will visit 17 ports in four countries during the Australia season, including five first-time ports: Port Lincoln and Cairns, Australia; and Champagne Bay, Mystery Island and Vila, Vanuatu.
There’s a 23-night "Golden Gate to Sydney Opera House" cruise from San Francisco to Sydney via Hawaii and Tahiti; a 12-night South Pacific and Fiji Islands sailing, and a 14-night South Pacific cruise.
Celebrity Century will finish her Australia/New Zealand season with a 14-night cruise to Singapore on January 11, 2015, and then begin a new Southeast Asia series until April 2015.
Celebrity Solstice will set sail for a three-month Australia/New Zealand season on October 10, 2014, offering options from a three-night weekend getaway from Sydney to an 18-night sailing across the Pacific to Hawaii.
In Asia, meanwhile, Celebrity will offer more overnight stays and several entirely new destinations. Overnight stays will be offered in Singapore; Bangkok; Bali; Beijin and Hong Kong, China; and Kobe and Tokyo, Japan.
Celebrity Century‘s Asia season will visit 26 ports in 11 countries, including 10 first-time destinations for the brand: Yangon (Rangoon), Myanmar; Bandar Seri Begawan (Muara), Brunei; Dalian, China; Kanazawa and Otaru, Japan; Kota Kinabalu and Langkawi, Malaysia; Boracay and Manila, Philippines, and Vladivostok, Russia.
Celebrity’s Hawaii vacations on Celebrity Solstice in 2014-15 include a 12-night sailing from Vancouver, with overnight stays in Honolulu and Lahaina, an evening sailing to Mount Kilauea, and visits to Hilo and Kailua Kona.
