Center Parcs owner mulling sale of holiday park business
The owner of holiday village operator Center Parcs plans to cash in on the current staycation boom. Sky News reports Brookfield Property Partners is preparing to £4bn auction of the firm.
It has reportedly instructed PricewaterhouseCoopers to prep for a sale. It comes after Center Parcs recorded its most profitable half-year in its history. It operates five UK sites and recently announced plans for a new holiday park in West Sussex.
