Chris Rand has returned to the same job at Balkan Holidays after a stint at the Monarch Travel Group.
Rand rejoins the tour operator as sales and marketing manager with immediate effect.
He previously held the same position from 1999 to 2009 but has been working at Monarch in the interim.
"I am delighted to be given the opportunity to rejoin Balkan Holidays at such an exciting time in the company’s development and look forward to working with the excellent team here to increase sales" said Chris Rand.
