Camillo De Simone is stepping down as managing director of Citalia after 22 years with the company.
The First Choice-owned company has appointed Mark Olszowski to replace him. Mr Olszowski comes from another First Choice owned firm, Meon Travel, where he was finance director.
Mr De Simone will continue working with the company, promoting relations with overseas suppliers from a base in Italy.
