Is it just me or does it not seem fair that agents whose client cancel a cruise do not make a commission on the deposit that the cruise lines keep? If the booking had proceeded, we would earn a commission, so why not on a kept deposit? Does seem a bit one sided to me… am I the only one that would think this?
