Comtec launches agent tool
Comtec launched its new leisure travel selling system TravelConnect at World Travel market.
The travel technology company says the tool allows agents to sell all types of holidays, from dynamically packaged ones to packages, on one interface.
Key features include advanced caching technology that means quotes can be stored and more easily converted to sales, built in customer profiling, richer content with images, video and Microsoft Virtual Earth and a directional selling capability to preference preferred suppliers.
Comtec CEO Simon Powell said: “Agents used to have to use different product to sell different types of holiday but here they have it all in one easy-to-se GUI interface. It’s a great step forward for agents and a simple upgrade from Easysell.”
