Counter-terror police arrest woman at Luton Airport

Anti-terror police have arrested and detained a British woman at Luton Airport on suspicion of preparation of acts of terrorism.

Jamila Henry, 21, was detained at 11.15am yesterday (Thursday) after landing on a flight from Istanbul.

She was arrested on arrival and was taken into custody at a police station in south London.

According to reports, she had travelled to Turkey using her twin sister’s passport.
