Creative Holidays Britain and Ireland program in the market now

Thursday, 07 Nov, 2006 0

Following two years growth and expansion in Britain and Ireland Creative Holidays has launched an increased range of holiday options for Australian travellers in 07 with the launch of its new program.

Creative Holidays’ 07 Britain and Ireland brochure includes sections on Britain, Ireland, Scotland and Wales showcasing hotels and accommodation options, exclusive city and regional Mini Stays, information on sightseeing, day tours, ferries, Britrail, Eurostar, as well as car hire and stopover ideas.

This year Creative has announced an exclusive earlybird deal in conjunction with Hertz car rentals. The deal offers travellers up to $364 off car hire. This exclusive earlybird deal is still available with the regular Hertz upgrade earlybird deal in the market currently. These earlybird deals are valid until 31 January, 2007.

Andrew Yell, General Manager, Sales, Product and Marketing for Creative Holidays said, “Britain and Ireland are old favourites for Australians and since we launched a dedicated Britain and Ireland program in 2005 we have experienced continued demand and growth”.  “In response to this our Britain and Ireland program has become more comprehensive, covering more destinations and with increased product options”.

“This year we have joined forces with Hertz as car rental partner and we are pleased to be able to offer our clients exclusive earlybird savings through Hertz”.

“We have also brochured over 10 new properties including London hotels and apartment style accommodation, Edinburgh hotels, new London sightseeing options, increased regional information on Britain and Ireland, Irish ferries and product in Wales”.

“To help agents secure sales we have brochured a great selection of London hotels, including some great new alternative four-star accommodation like the Radisson Edwardian Hotels, at very competitive prices and on top of that we are also pleased to offer consultants instant confirmation at over 80 per cent of our hotels.”

“We are predicting another strong year for travel to the UK in 2007 with land sales strong in 2006 and early indicators showing the next selling season is going to continue this trend.

“To help agents stimulate sales and get their clients the best prices, we also have a range of earlybird airfare deals in the market currently, including our Malaysian Airlines* deal, with exclusive bonus adds”.

“We are predicting exceptional growth in the self drive market due to our excellent earlybird deal, great pricing and an increase in travellers wanting flexibility.”

Creative Holidays says that they are Australia’s largest independent wholesaler, offering clients the choice of booking the air component of their holiday with eight leading airlines; Cathay Pacific, Gulf Air, Malaysian Airlines, Singapore Airlines, British Airways, Qantas, Emirates and Thai Airways.

Creative Holidays’ Britain and Ireland holiday program is a comprehensive information source and research tool to help you plan your clients’ holiday and features impartial destination information supplied by Lonely Planet including temperature charts, country and area maps, event details, currency and dining information, travel facts, country highlights and much more throughout.
