Cruise travel agency Gill’s Cruise Centre is to run learn to play Bridge courses on board Fred Olsen ships.

The long established retailer has joined forces with the English Bridge Union to run ‘Learn to Play Bridge’ courses.

There are also plans to offer ‘Improve your Game’ courses on Fred Olsen cruises.

"The English Bridge Union, which has a membership of ober 40,000, sees the partnership with the family-owned business as a new and innovative way of providing a different type of learning opportunity," a spokesman said.

"Designed for absolute beginners, the classes have been arranged around the ship’s own exciting schedule to combine a wonderful holiday with learning a new hobby."
