Crystal establishes agent advisory council
Luxury cruise operator Crystal has the Crystal Partner Advisory Council, which will consist of a group of 13 trade partners in luxury travel.
CPAC is led by Crystal’s senior vice president of marketing and sales, Carmen Roig, and will meet to discuss industry trends, travel partner programs and client demand for new luxury services and products.
There will be an on-going dialogue between council members and Crystal and quarterly meetings will review Crystal’s strategic plan, discuss insights and the latest client feedback.
Advisory council members will serve a two-year term and include Deborah Deming of Frosch Travel; Michelle Fee of Cruise Planners; Susan Gannon of Ensemble Travel; Jason Jenkins of Cruise Vacations Inc. and Edwina Lonsdale of Mundy Cruising.
"As we continue to change the landscape of luxury travel with the expansion of the Crystal brand, it is more imperative than ever that we engage our expert partners for their invaluable insights and feedback," Roig said.
"We always strive to be a pleasure to do business with and we feel that an enhanced open dialogue between us will even further enhance our partnership."
The council kicks off with its first quarterly meeting in Los Angeles in July.
