Danish Caribia Travels adopt Dolphin to remove manual processes
Caribia Travels have rolled out Dolphin’s Booking Management Module (BMM) to produce quotations and manage bookings. They are also taking Dolphin’s Reservation Module which includes their own directly contracted products loaded into Dolphin’s Product Database to facilitate a single search, aggregating results across numerous connected sources.
The new Dolphin system will remove existing manual processes by introducing comprehensive back office services including multi-currency sales to support their office in Norway, email integration and a vendor communications suite as well as the ability to import bookings from Amadeus.
Rasmus Kirketerp, Caribia’s CEO said, "We are extremely excited to partner up with Dolphin Dynamics. It has been a challenging process to find the right software for our company, however we now feel assured that we have found the perfect fit. The implementation of the system has been smooth – with thorough training sessions – and we are keen on getting started."
Chuck Richardson, Dolphin Dynamics’ Managing Director commented, "As we welcome Caribia Travels to our growing list of tour operator and travel agency customers, I am delighted to see our ongoing investment in developing Dolphin’s CRM and productivity tools delivering on our ambition to give our customers a sustained competitive advantage."
