Delta Air Lines will restart its Brussels-Atlanta service next March for the summer season.
The route will be flown by 225-seat Boeing 767-300 aircraft, which are equipped with Wi-Fi complimentary on-demand in-flight entertainment.
The route doubles up its Belgian network, alongside its daily year-round flights to New York JFK from Brussels.
"As Brussels Airport transitions all airlines back to the main check-in area, we are pleased to confirm we will reinstate our Atlanta service for next summer," said Dwight James, Delta’s senior vice president, transatlantic.
"It has been a difficult few months for the local community but we remain committed to Belgium and showing our support by operating two daily flights, which will benefit both the travelling public and also the local economy."
All flights from Belgium are operated in collaboration with Delta’s joint venture partners Air France, KLM and Alitalia.
Reservations for the route are now live on the Delta website or via travel agents.
