Delta Air Lines has offered a first look at its upcoming international premium economy which will debut in late 2017.
The Delta Premium product will be introduced on new Airbus A350s which enter service next year and will then be expanded to its Boeing 777 fleet in 2018.
Features planned for Delta Premium include a 13.3-inch high resolution in-flight entertainment screen, Westin Heavenly® in-flight blanket, in-seat charging ports and the Sky Priority service for priority check-in, boarding and baggage service.
Seat pitch measures up to 38 inches with up to 19 inches of width, and adjustable leg rests and head rests.
"Delta Premium is Delta’s latest example of paying careful attention to what customers tell us they want and responding with unique products designed to meet their individual needs," said Tim Mapes, Delta’s senior vice president and chief marketing officer.
Delta will also debut its new all-suite Delta One class on A350s in 2017.
The aircraft will have 48 Delta Premium seats, 32 Delta One suites and 226 seats in the main economy cabin.
