Delta resumes Curacao flights this winter
Delta Air Lines will relaunch nonstop Curaçao flights.
It is providing Saturday-only service from Atlanta to the Dutch Caribbean island for the first time since 2010.
Starting December 16, Delta will be the only airline with direct Curaçao flights from Atlanta.
It opens access to the island from over 100 US cities.
Delta will fly nearly 500 weekly flights to 44 Latin destinations this winter.
That marks a 30% increase in capacity over 2022.
Top tourist destinations served from Atlanta include Aruba, San José del Cabo and St. Thomas.
Delta recently introduced routes to Cozumel, Mexico, and Cartagena, Colombia.
The new route bolsters its largest-ever holiday schedule.
Flights to Curaçao will operate on a Boeing 737-800 aircraft, featuring First Class, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin.
