Disney guest arrested for refusing temperature check
A Disney guest who refused to submit to a restaurant temperature check was arrested.
Kelly Sills, 47, of Baton Rouge entered the Disney Springs restaurant through an exit and when requested to take a temperature check he refused, stating he had ‘spent $15,000 to come here.’
He repeatedly refused to when asked by Disney staff and police officers and was arrested for trespass. Sills, who was wearing a face mask throughout the incident, blamed the restaurant for escalating the dispute.
The incident took place in February although bodycam footage of the incident was only released by police this week.
