Disney hints at Star Wars themed hotel

Disney has teased the possibility of a fully-fledged Star Wars themed hotel.

Walt Disney World News Today reported a survey has been sent to select customers via a third party company to gauge feedback for the idea.

It includes concept art renderings showing interiors and the type of hospitality experience it would offer.

It says two-night all-inclusive packages would include interactions with Star Wars characters, live entertainment, lightsaber training, and allow guests to become fully involved in the story-driven experience through personalised ‘secret missions.’

For about $900-$1,000 per person, the two-night stay would include all meals, entertainment and complimentary admission to the upcoming Star Wars land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Rooms would accommodate up to four guests.

Disney has refused to give too much away yet but did respond to the Orlando Business Journal with a statement.

"We know our guests love all things in the world of Star Wars, and we’re continually exploring new ideas and gathering guest feedback as we develop plans to bring Star Wars to life at Disneyland Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Some of these ideas come to fruition, while many do not."
