Dragonfly Africa Announces Shareholding Agreement
Dragonfly Africa, one of Southern Africa’s leading Destination Management Companies, has announced a shareholding agreement which will include the following directors:
Mike Waller – Chief Executive Officer
Barry Schreiber – Director: Finance
Yolanda Woeke – Jacobs – Director: Sales & Marketing
Rupert Jeffries, Executive Chairman of Dragonfly announced the shareholding at the Dragonfly Africa Head Office in Johannesburg.
