Dragonfly Africa Announces Shareholding Agreement
Dragonfly Africa, one of Southern Africa’s leading Destination Management Companies, has announced a shareholding agreement which will include the following directors:
Mike Waller – Chief Executive Officer
Barry Schreiber – Director: Finance
Yolanda Woeke – Jacobs – Director: Sales & Marketing
Rupert Jeffries, Executive Chairman of Dragonfly announced the shareholding at the Dragonfly Africa Head Office in Johannesburg.
“I believe that this move will further strengthen their joint commitment to the Company and will help us to move ahead as a strong tourism company, ready to face the challenges and opportunities of the years ahead of us.
