Etihad adds more flights to Jaipur, India
Gulf carrier Etihad Airways is boosting seat capacity to Rajasthan’s pink city.
Weekly flights from Abu Dhabi are set to more than double to ten a week from December 2024.
It comes just a few months after the airline launched Jaipur flights.
Arik De, Chief Revenue and Commercial Officer at Etihad said: “We’ve seen sensational demand for this service. This expansion gives Indian travellers easy access to both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.”
The airline recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of its first flights to the Indian subcontinent.
Etihad has increased India flight capacity by more than a third over the past 12 months.
Jaipur flights will be operated on Airbus A320 family aircraft, offering Business and Economy cabins.
Etihad customers on Jaipur flights can take advantage of the airline’s complimentary stopover programme.
This can extend an Abu Dhabi layover with up to two free nights at premium hotels in Abu Dhabi.
Flights to and from Jaipur can be booked on etihad.com, the mobile app, Etihad Airways Contact Centres or travel agents.
