Etihad boosts Middle East, South Asia flights
Gulf carrier Etihad Airways is ramping up flight capacity across the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent.
It adds to nearly one third more weekly departures than last summer.
The airline is increasing flights to Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, Amman in Jordan, Beirut in Lebanon, and Colombo in Sri Lanka.
In India, there will be extra flights to Kolkata and Bangalore.
The enhancements will meet increased demand to destinations in west and south Asia.
Etihad’s Chief Revenue and Commercial Officer Arik De said: “These latest flight increases aligned with our practical connections at Abu Dhabi offer our guests more opportunities to fly where they want to.”
“It also makes it easier to enjoy a visit or stopover in Abu Dhabi as an integral part of the journey.”
