Etihad names new Ireland manager
Etihad Airways has appointed Beatrice Cosgrove as its Dublin-based country manager in Ireland.
She will be responsible for launching the airline’s entry into the Irish market.
Cosgrove joins from Continental Airlines, where she worked for eight year, most recently as its sales manager for Ireland. She also held positions with ALL Nippon Airways and American Airlines.
Etihad’s Dublin service to Abu Dhabi will launch on July 2, flying four times a week between Ireland and the UAE.
The service will connect at Abu Dhabi with onward services to many of Etihad’s destinations in the Indian subcontinent, Far East and Australia.
Many of Cosgrove’s newly established team in Dublin have joined from Gulf Air after it announced its withdrawal from Ireland.
