Exclusive Resorts spends $100 million to grow 20%
Exclusive Resorts, known as a pioneer in the fast growing luxury residence club market, acquired 46 new residences that add another 20% to its worldwide portfolio.
The new residences in four beach destinations represent over $100 million in luxury real estate added to the company’s vacation homes.
Exclusive Resorts says it is the world’s largest luxury residence club.

“We are proud to have secured 46 new residences at four of the best branded beach resorts in the world with Experanza, Los Cabos; Grand Wailea Resort, Maui; St. Regis, Ft. Lauderdale; and The Residences at Bath Club, South Beach, Miami.”
The Denver-based company offers hundreds of luxury residences in dozens of destinations. Residences have an average value of $3 million. The homes combine the spaciousness and elegance of a private home with the services of a five-star resort.
Members pay a one-time fee starting at $195,000. Annual dues range from $9,500 to $30,000, depending on the travel plan.
