A hotel that has a philosophy that goes way over just serving food and having rooms like most hotels, has to be very special, with the Andronis Luxury Suites in Santorini saying that their philosophy is  to, “stimulate the senses of the guests offering them the possibility to live their most dreamed holidays ever.”

[Pictured Andronis’ amazing pool]

This amazing hotel is perched on the top of the cliff in Santorini on Thira and it may be that for those that suffer from vertigo the height may be too much.

What that does is give Andronis unsurpassed views of the Santorini caldera as the same time making Andronis one of the most spectacularly located hotels in the world.

[Pictured: If this is not the world’s most outstanding infinity pool view, then I don’t know what is!]

Santorini is referred to as one island, but actually it is a complex of five islands, with Thira the he main island and around it Thirasia and Aspronisi, parts of the ancient island of Stroggili and the two volcanic islands Palea Kameni and Nea Kameni.

It was all originally one island called named Stroggili, which means round” in Greek until about round about 1645 BC, when the volcano in the middle of the island erupted and the now world famous caldera was created.

The two volcanic islands appeared much later from various eruptions starting 157 BC and the last one to be was in the 20th century (1950).

The Andronis luxury suites, while relatively new, is now without doubt the leader in small luxury hotels in Santorini, offering 12 luxury suites, an amazing restaurant, fantastic service and interestingly an organic mini bar.

The food in the restaurant [Pictured below] also organic and the hotel pursuing rather holistic approach to everything it does and offers with the hotel saying that,

“Organic products follow nature’s rhythms and rules respecting it and providing superior taste and good health……in our gourmet restaurant gastronomy intends to give its best and initiate you to the aesthetic of wine…..all the ingredients we use are organic, fresh and pure,  combined in a unique way together they balance the exquisite flavour and attribute to it an imaginative depth.

I will say no more, as what else can be said, except, all you have to do to experience Andronis luxury suites is click on this link to experience the most amazing hotel on TravelMole TV:
