FAA chief resigning
FAA Administrator Steve Dickson is resigning from his post mid-term. He cities family reasons and leaves on March 31.The White House and Dickson himself both separately said no pressure was applied on him to stand down.
Dickson, 64, is a pilot and former Delta executive and will return to Atlanta. "I am very proud of what we’ve done at the agency the last couple years to reinvigorate the safety culture," Dickson said.
