FERGUS Group expands in Mallorca with Hotel Eolo, to reopen as tent Eolo in 2027

FERGUS Group, the Spanish company specializing in hotel repositioning, is continuing to grow its footprint in Mallorca with the addition of Hotel Eolo, located in the iconic Puerto Pollença. The 50-room property will join tent Hotels, the Group’s most innovative concept, bringing the brand to 10 properties across Spain.

This latest move highlights FERGUS Group’s proven repositioning model, transforming high-potential assets into distinctive hospitality concepts aligned with evolving travel trends. The hotel will operate throughout 2026 under the Affiliated by FERGUS model before reopening in spring 2027 as tent Eolo, following a full repositioning to meet the tent brand’s signature concept and standards.

Puerto Pollença is one of Mallorca’s most iconic and beloved destinations, and bringing tent Hotels here marks a major milestone for us. It reinforces the strength of our B&UB model in transforming unique assets into innovative hospitality experiences,” said Pep Cañellas, Founder and Executive Chairman of FERGUS Group. We remain committed to investing in Mallorca and advancing a more dynamic, flexible tourism model centered on the guest experience.

The B&UB Concept: Built for Today’s Travelers

tent Hotels pioneered the Bed & Unlimited Brunch (B&UB) concept, designed for travelers who value flexibility and authentic destination experiences. The model combines comfort, practicality, and modern design, creating a relaxed, social atmosphere that encourages guests to explore while enjoying a seamless stay.

A defining feature is the unlimited brunch served until 1:30 p.m., reimagining traditional breakfast with a wide selection of fresh, locally inspired, and made-to-order dishes.

The hotel will also feature a pizzeria restaurant overlooking the Yacht Club, offering a variety of Italian dishes. Guests can also take advantage of the tentlivery service, developed in partnership with Just Eat, allowing them to order food from local restaurants directly to the hotel.

Additional tent services include a dedicated app designed to enhance the guest experience. Through the app, guests can discover local activities, chat directly with hotel staff, access a digital room key, and complete a fully digital check-in.

Driving Innovation and Sustainable Growth

The continued expansion of tent Hotels is part of FERGUS Group’s broader strategy to redefine hospitality through innovative, flexible concepts that create value for destinations, support local communities, and elevate the guest experience.

With this addition, the Group now operates 21 hotels in Mallorca and 37 properties across Spain, strengthening its position as a key player in the transformation of the country’s hotel sector.
