The first all-inclusive resort in Key West, which opened last December, is currently closed after fire ripped through the property early on Sunday.
A large section of the 135-key adults-only Bungalows Resort was damaged but it didn’t affect any of the guest accommodations.
All guests were evacuated during the pre-dawn fire with no injuries reported.
The fire was confined to the Beach House area and was put out just before it was able to spread to the guest bungalows.
"Due to a fire this morning, isolated within the Beach House, all guests and associates were evacuated, all are safe and there were no injuries," Bungalows Key Largo said.
"No guest accommodations were affected. The state and local fire departments responded immediately.
Fire chief Don Bock added: "The restaurant building at Bungalows burned. The entire upstairs burned."
The resort said guests with reservations will be given options for rebooking for future dates.
It is unclear when Bungalows Key Largo will reopen.
