Chef Paul Lynch is adding a new dimension to dining at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar in the Radisson Blu Mall of America this September: Experiential Dining. Offering 3 Culinary Tourism experiences: Art of Brunch, Dinner on Tap and Taste of the Season, Lynch teaches guests about sourcing locally and entertains with stories of his own experiences.

Prices for the Culinary Tours will be per person, and will vary depending on the meal and the mixology and wine included. Tax and gratuity are not included in pricing. Menus and recipes are given to each guest, with the idea being to use simple ingredients and create meals and drinks that could be easily made at home; Lynch and his bartenders and sous chefs have created a comfortable, conversational experience where questions and interaction are encouraged.

In each of the dining adventures, Lynch and his sous chefs will bring to the forefront his vision of "Taste of Place" and "Flavor of the Flame" that has shaped the cuisine at FireLake under his leadership. He has led the Farm to Table trend, with, at peak, around 90% of ingredients used in his restaurant being sourced locally in Minnesota and Wisconsin, including use of local beer, wine and spirits well. Lynch has forged important relationships with vendors, influencing availability of desired products, allowing for an amazing culinary treat for diners.
