Fog leads to further flight disruption

Heathrow and Cardiff are among several airports across the UK to have been hit by flight delays and cancellations this morning due to heavy fog.

Passengers are being advised to check the status of their flights with their airlines.

Heathrow said some flights were delayed or cancelled this morning due to the weather around the airport and the other parts of the UK.
