Four air passengers have been fined £10,000 for failing to declare they had travelled from a ‘red-list’ country when they arrived in the UK. West Midlands police said the four were stopped at Birmingham Airport when they arrived yesterday just hours after a mandatory quarantine requirement was introduced for all arrivals from ‘red- list’ countries.
