Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has appointed Allen Smith as president and CEO following an extensive global search.
Smith, 56, is currently CEO of Prudential Real Estate Investors. He will take up his new position on September 23.
He replaces Kathleen Taylor, who left in February. She became CEO in 2010, taking over the position from the luxury chain’s founder Isadore Sharp.
