Four-star hotel planned for Manchester city centre
Dominvs Hospitality is to build a 306-bedroom, four-star hotel on a landmark site in Manchester city centre.
The hotel, due to open in early 2016, will be developed on the derelict employment exchange in Piccadilly, next to Piccadilly Station, the Malmaison Hotel and opposite the Hilton DoubleTree.
Itl will be eight storeys high, with a ground floor bar, restaurants, gym and extensive conference and banqueting facilities.
Dominvs, which already has hotels in Aberdeen, Darlington, Dumfries and Sheffield, is actively seeking further development opportunities.
