A new promotion from Park City offers to reimburse group and corporate meeting planners up to $500 for their site inspection trips.
To be eligible, planners must submit a new RFP on the Park City meetings website, and sign a group contract for a minimum of 30 room nights, between June 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014.
The high-end ski resort offers 30 meetings and convention properties just a half hour from Salt Lake City International Airport, plus Rocky Mountain vistas, and amentities and activities from kosher food to dog sledding.
Summer events include a County Fair, July 4th fireworks and concerts, a Food & Wine classic, outdoor concerts, an arts festival, a marathon, an endurance mountain-bike race, and the annual Intermountain Mustang and all Ford Stampede.
