Hanoi-based tour operator Friends Travel Vietnam (FTV) has partnered with Trip Affiliates Network (TA Network) to adopt its specialist Toursuite platform.

This strategic collaboration aims to boost efficiencies and elevate the customer experience.

It aims to integrate various travel management functions within a unified system.

TA Networks’ Toursuite solutions offers comprehensive tools for product creation, pricing, booking, and customer management.

This will enable Friends Travel Vietnam to streamline its operations and provide more personalised services.

It enables real-time updates on availability and pricing while the automated booking process helps minimise errors and delays.

Additionally, the platform’s flexibility allows for creating tailor-made itineraries that cater to specific interests and preferences.

Jessica Thao, MD of FTV, said, “By adopting Trip Affiliates Network’s B2B solutions, we are positioning ourselves at the forefront of Vietnam’s travel industry, ready to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market.”

Josef Foo, Managing Partner TA Network, added, “With digitalization, FTV can now manage its inventory more efficiently, automate routine tasks, and provide real-time availability and pricing.”

Friends Travel is a well-established licensed tour operator based in Hanoi, offering daily and private guided tours throughout Vietnam.
