This strategic collaboration aims to boost efficiencies and elevate the customer experience.
It aims to integrate various travel management functions within a unified system.
TA Networks’ Toursuite solutions offers comprehensive tools for product creation, pricing, booking, and customer management.
This will enable Friends Travel Vietnam to streamline its operations and provide more personalised services.
It enables real-time updates on availability and pricing while the automated booking process helps minimise errors and delays.
Additionally, the platform’s flexibility allows for creating tailor-made itineraries that cater to specific interests and preferences.
