Frontier pulls flights from Expedia

Monday, 26 Feb, 2013 0

Frontier Airlines has announced that, effective immediately, its schedules and fares will no longer be available on Expedia.

The Denver-based carrier says that it was unable to reach an agreement to continue to offer Frontier schedules and fares on the online travel agency’s website.

Frontier customers with existing reservations through Expedia can continue to make changes to their reservations at FlyFrontier.com or through Frontier’s reservations team, subject to all applicable fees.

Frontier is pushing customers to book through its own website and only offers certain amenities like seat assignment through its own website.  Flyers who book on other sites incur higher fees and fewer frequent flyer miles.
