Fuel surcharge for SN Brussels - TravelMole

Fuel surcharge for SN Brussels

Friday, 17 May, 2004 0

SN Brussels is the latest carrier to introduce a fuel surcharge.

The airline says that all shorthaul tickets purchased from tommorrow (May 18) will carry a surcharge of E4 per sector. Longhaul tickets including those to Africa will carry a E10 per sector surcharge.

Executive vice president commercial, Philip Saunders blamed surging oil prices, up more than 30% since the start of the year. It will not apply to customers who have already booked and paid for their tickets.

SN Brussels did not rule out a further increase to the charge, saying that the situation would remain under review.
