Gusty Women tour has Xmas spirit
Gusty Women Travel is offering a Christmas-time tour of the Pacific Northwest.
“The six-day Victoria Christmas tour departs Dec. 22 and returns Dec. 27, visiting Victoria when 19th century storefronts and historical homes are trimmed in holiday finery and lights,” says the company.
This is the sixth year in a row that the company is operating this tour. The Victoria Christmas tour is priced at $1,699 per person double occupancy and includes five nights at the Magnolia Hotel & Spa, one of Victoria’s newest boutique hotels; five breakfasts, one lunch, a welcome reception and four dinners (includes Christmas Day brunch and dinner); round-trip airport transfers; tour direction throughout.
Tour price is exclusive of airfare and tips to tour manager.
”Trip highlights include high tea and a tour of the Festival of Trees at the Fairmont Empress Hotel; and a visit to Butchart Gardens,” the tour company says.
There’s also a tour of Victorian homes; a horse-drawn carriage ride through downtown; facial or massage spa treatment; guided tour of the BC Museum; Christmas Day brunch in the Vista 18’s roof-top restaurant; and traditional Christmas Day dinner.
