The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is set for its West Coast debut in April, the theme park operator has announced.
Muggles will get a first look at the attraction from April 7, 2016 at Universal Studios Hollywood, which is centered around a signature Hogwarts castle and Hogsmeade Village.
It features a 3D ‘Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey’ ride offering guests ‘Quidditch-inspired 3D goggles as they venture through journeys experienced by Harry and his friends,’ a Universal release said.
It also includes ‘Flight of the Hippogriff,’ Universal Studios Hollywood’s first outdoor roller coaster.
Five years in the making, it is the fourth Harry Potter land, after twin Wizarding World attractions at Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios in Florida, and Universal Studios, Japan.
