Hawaiian Airlines has appointed Jeff Helfrick as new vice president of customer service.
Helfrick is responsible for airport operations for passenger, ramp, and contract services in the Hawaiian Airlines network.
He will also oversee operational standards in these functions which includes on-time arrival performance and customer satisfaction.
"Jeff’s impressive background in leading major airline, airport, and customer operations will not only complement Hawaiian’s signature service, but also strengthen our position as the nation’s leader in on-time performance," said Jon Snook, Hawaiian’s executive president and chief operating officer.
Prior to Hawaiian Airlines Helfrick was vice president of airport operations at Qantas Airways, managing daily operations across the Qantas network in the US, Canada, and Chile.
