Hearing date set for MyFerryLink appeal
MyFerryLink will makes another bid to save its services at an appeal tribunal set for November.
The cross-channel operator is fighting the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) which is seeking to close it down.
"We continue to believe that the CMA does not have jurisdiction to review the transaction as a matter of UK law and, as a result, we continue to fight our case before the Competition Appeal Tribunal," it said in a statement today.
"The hearings before the appeal tribunal have been fixed for 24 and 25 November."
It said in the meantime’ after excellent carryings during the summer season’, it will continue to operate a full schedule.
