Hertz Corporation has launched Hertz Rent a Boat in the Netherlands, allowing customers to explore Amsterdam by water.

In partnership with a local boat company, travellers can cruise the city’s canals from gondolas, luxury motorboats, taxi boats, and open boats.

Large boats can accommodate up to 35 people and can include the services of a private chef and barbecue.

Priced at hourly rates from just €5 per person or €150 per boat, the crafts can be booked at http://www.hertz-rentaboat.nl.

A yellow Hertz Canal Cruiser is available for hire from €7 per person and can take as many as 20 people plus a skipper.

Renters will be able to hop on and off, mooring up and exploring city sights.
