HolidayTaxis reduces clicks for online bookings
Airport transfer provider, HolidayTaxis.com, has got its online booking process down from four clicks to three after a website upgrade.
It said the move has decreased is exit rates by 20%.
The company’s website has also been improved for customers using mobiles and tablets, while security measures have been tightened, with 3D Secure and PayPal across all platforms.
"This will be a welcome relief for consumers, who find themselves increasingly aware of the necessity for secure payment options when buying online," said a spokesman.
