Hong Kong hotels caught up in price fixing probe
Several major hotels in Hong Kong shared sensitive pricing information to two competing travel operators so that they could fix prices. The HK Competition Commission issued infringement notices against the hotels.
It found operators Gray Line and Tink Labs agreed to fix prices for attractions and transport, and they were facilitated in this by the hotels.
