IHG ending Russia operations
Hospitality giant IHG Hotels & Resorts is formally ceasing all operations in Russia. It is ‘consistent with evolving UK, US and EU sanction regimes and the ongoing challenges of operating there,” IHG said.
It has28 IHG-branded hotels in Russia and has been in discussions with owners for several weeks
It has also closed its corporate office in Moscow.
Other global hotel chains including Marriott have announced a full suspension of all operations in Russia.
