Vermont based travel e-commerce platform Inntopia has acquired travel data analytics firm Destimetrics.
No terms of the deal were disclosed but the DestiMetrics leadership team including founder Ralf Garrison will continue to work in the new combined business.
DestiMetrics provides market intelligence for destination leisure travel industry, which like Inntopia itself, focuses mostly on ski resorts.
Inntopia’s e-commerce technology solutions are used by ski and golf resorts, destination marketing organizations, hotels and tour operators.

The purchase follows Inntopia’s acquisition last year of Ryan Solutions, which operates CRM platforms for mountain resorts.
