Insight Vacations – Tops In Training
In the interest of better serving its agents and trade partners Insight Vacations Reservations are currently undertaking extensive in-house destination training.
This week the Insight team visited Italy thanks to the Italian Tourism Board and got better acquainted with some of the local regions, their specialties and had a look at the areas which were filmed in the popular movie Under a Tuscan Sun.
Insight values its excellent service record and is dedicated to ongoing improvement. Agents can rest assured that Insight staff are equipped with up to date destination information and are able to find the answer to some of the more in-depth questions that customers regularly ask.
