Inspire hails record Peaks

Cheshire-based Inspire Europe reported the strongest ever peaks period in its 17-year history.
It says 60% of revenues achieved in January came from its homeworking business – Independent Travel Advisors.
The business added that 88% of its 90-strong homeworking team were active in January, and February also looks likely to be a strong month for sales.
Lisa Henning, Inspire Europe’s CEO, said: “Our Independent Travel Advisors had an incredible peaks so far, surpassing their targets and making a significant contribution to the company’s overall sales targets.”
It’s been helped by the great support we’ve had from our travel partners and suppliers who have really assisted us with our marketing.”
Henning adds that Inspire’s cruise business has also seen strong growth this year with a 48% hike in sales in January compared to last year.
Top selling destinations for mainstream holidays are Greece, Spain, and Turkey based on volumes and revenues.
There were major increases for Thailand, Morocco and Dubai, which have seen triple-digit growth.
During the Peaks campaign, Inspire is donating 1% of its profits to Dementia UK, a specialist Dementia nursing charity that provides life-changing support and advice. The 1% will be on all sales driven through Inspire’s online and call centre operations, and also on sales made through the homeworking business.
Henning added: “Setting ambitious fundraising targets energises our team – they’re not just hitting business goals, they’re making a real difference.”
