International cruises from Singapore possible by year-end

The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) says international cruises will likely restart from Singapore by the end of the year. According to STB director of cruise Annie Chang, possible destinations include Bali, Penang, Port Klang, and Phuket.
Since Covid, only round-trips cruises to nowhere have operated from Singapore. Royal Caribbean International’s Spectrum of the Seas recently arrived and will sail three- and four-night cruises to nowhere from April 11.
