Former Island Cruises national sales manager Craig Upshall has joined tailormade specialist operator Cadogan.
He has become head of sales following the internal promotion of Jane Wilkinson to head of marketing.
Upshall will be responsible for developing sales strategies and plans to maximise sales through travel agents.
He will also lead the sales team in a number of new initiatives – closed user groups, leisure sales, and the development of sales agents overseas.
