ITIC London summit goes virtual in partnership with WTM
Annual tourism investment event ITIC London announced it will go virtual on 9-11 November 2020.
It will be held on a virtual platform in partnership with WTM Virtual, as quarantine rules, travel restrictions and local lockdowns have made an in-person event impossible.
The three-day virtual event adopts the theme ‘Invest, Finance and Rebuild the Travel and Tourism Industry.’
The programme will feature an investment ministerial panel, a virtual investment summit, a virtual exhibition and speed networking sessions.
"It is our pleasure to partner with WTM for this very important event. In these difficult times, uplifting the economy is essential, and investment in tourism can be a major factor to rebuild the industry," said Dr Taleb Rifai, Chairman of ITIC and former Secretary-General of UNWTO.
ITIC is confident it will be a success after producing ITIC Virtual events on 3 and 10 June, 2020.
"We are honoured to have the support and partnership of ITIC at WTM Virtual. Our new virtual platform will gather thousands of travel trade professionals from around the globe who will be able to meet and do business in an extensive range of virtual sessions," said WTM London’s Senior Exhibition Director, Simon Press.
Registration for ITIC London is now open.
