JAL’s budget carrier Zipair launching Los Angeles-flights
Japan Airlines’ budget carrier ZIPAIR will launch low cost flights next month to Los Angeles from Tokyo. The service starts on Christmas Day nonstop from Tokyo Narita and will operate three times a week.
It is one of very few transpacific low cost routes to link Asia with the US. Los Angeles International Airport says there is growing demand for nonstop flights on the route.
